Refund Policy

At Aureon Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

How to Start a Return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
